Project Management

News What I Do Gallery About Me Resume

In a business where

"You're Only As Good As Your Last Show!"

There is nothing more important than your event.

Project Management

  • Being able to take the burden of planning and coordinating away from you so you will be able to enjoy your event.
  • Taking your plan and creating a process to implement it on your event because there are no two events that are the same.
  • Having a multitude of experience with lighting, sound, video, computers, rigging, and scenery/decor to be able to help with any component of your event for a flawless execution.
  • Be able to provide rendered pictures of all elements in place to make sure there are no surprises on site like sightlines.
  • Provide full setup plans in AutoCAD or Vectorworks.
  • Being able to print full color drawings in virtually any size and having the equipment on hand to keep job costs down.
  • Being able to work in many different types of venues including Theaters, Ballrooms, Convention Centers, Arenas, and Outdoor sites.
  • Working closely with you and your event staff to coordinate everything for a smooth pre-show, setup, show, and load out.
  • Having multiple contacts across the world for gear, labor, trucking, and scenery to give you the most cost effective product available.
  • Being able to work well under pressure and in high stress environments because we all know that this industry can lead it self to fried nerves and big tempers.
  • Working  well with other people and vendors and keeping the cool head on show site to keep the well oiled machine running.
